setting: sejun’s house in byeongro residential area, daeryungdong with: @hrjunjae
While Sejun is an extremely outgoing person, always has been, there are few people who gets him as well as Junjae does. The two had naturally gotten along well from the moment they met, almost immediately forming a close friendship. For years now, Junjae has been the person Sejun feels closest to. There was a certain sense of security knowing the younger would always be there to listen to his every worry, no matter what.
At this point, movie nights has become a part of their routine. Once a month, they get together at the older’s house, watching movies and stuffing themselves with snacks until they pass out. Perhaps not the healthiest of activities, but it’s one Sejun treasures nonetheless.
Like clockwork, the ding from the doorbell rings through the house, just as Sejun finishes placing out all the snacks he’d gotten. As usual, he had gone overboard with his purchases. He supposes he’ll feed Sohee the inevitable leftovers next time he’s forced to babysit.
With a new wave of excitement flowing through him, Sejun reaches the front door in no time, opening it to reveal the familiar sight of his best friend. “I still didn’t pick out any movies for tonight,” he says, foregoing a greeting. “I’ve been so busy with other things, I almost forgot what day it was. Barely even had time to buy snacks.”
“Hey, by the way,” he greets the younger as soon as he’s properly inside the house, pulling him in for a brief hug. “What’ve you been up to today?”
