"Please pick up, please pick up, please pick up..." Savannah whispered under her breath as she called Dean for the third time in a row before it went to his voicemail again. She hadn't left a message the first two times and she didn't this time either. What could she even say? As Eric's car circled the block yet again, she stood in her living room looking out the window by peeking through her tattered curtains, heart racing and tears rolling down her cheeks. He was here. He'd found her. She had no idea how but it didn't matter, if Eric was here, she had to leave.
The knock on her door a few hours later made her blood run cold and Savannah stopped in the middle of the bag she was packing to tip toe to the door. She didn't have any weapons in her home and didn't think to grab a kitchen knife on her way to the door, so instead she reached for a flower vase on the coffee table and made her way to the door where she looked through the peephole, hands shaking at the sight of a man with his back to the door. She didn't say anything, wishing she hadn't left her phone in her room right about now, and was about to start tip toeing her way back there when she heard the voice calling her name and realized it was Dean, not Eric. She sighed and opened the door, looking up at him with red rimmed eyes, her weapon of choice in hand. "Get in here, quick." @dean-walker
