im not yet sure exactly how much romance will actually be in tmnt threads aside from donatellace but i had too many ideas to not draw them
mikey would typically be the one to initiate flirting but if someone else initiated he'd immediately shoot back with his own flirt lol. hes super playful
raph has to be explicitly told that hes being flirted with otherwise it flies right over his head. man is a little dense.. when he realizes (aka is told) he has no idea how to answer. he'd stare awkwardly and later think he nailed it
donnie is similar to raph, though he'll actually realize after a second... hes just a loser who loves his gf
leo... doesnt really EXPECT to be flirted with so it'd take him off guard. he'd cling onto the praise that he interprets being flirted with as and not necessarily the potential romance aspect of it
slides in, gives your Raph a kiss on the head, and leaves
he gives a lot of affection but has no idea how to react on the receiving end

mikey naturally has more upper-body strength, but he also just prefers to train his arms. id say generally he is the strongest of the guys
raph's position in the team is actually more defensive, but when offensive, he fights with his legs and trains them more. man never skips leg day. definitely interesting when mikey and raph roughhouse because their biggest strengths are opposite!
donnie is stronger than leo but weaker than raph and mikey, focusing more on applying his tech to fighting. aka working smarter not harder
leo is certainly not weak, but he's still outmatched by his brothers in raw strength. instead, he masters technique and is able to beat them due to actually knowing what the heck hes doing lol
