Addison glanced over at Peyton for a moment, she wasn't about to slam the door in her face. Clearly there was something going on, moving aside she let the other woman in. "Just be quiet. My sister is asleep." She whispered to her. "What's up? Is everything alright?" The brunette questioned, after closing the door. Moving into the kitchen to get herself a drink. “You want?”

Of course, Addison made a big deal about it she cared for the other woman and didn’t like seeing her hurting or anything else. So naturally she brought her to the hospital even if it was just a dizzy spell. Clearly there was something going on. Putting her coffee down, she moved over to the bed and leaned down next to her. “My cute, gorgeous, stubborn, pain in the ass, baby.” She gave her a playful smile before reaching out and taking her hand gently. “As soon as the doc says you are good to go, we will go home and do that. I promise. No more working for the rest of the day.”

“I’m not trying to. I know you care very much about me, babe. Which is new to me cause it’s usually just Allison before I met you.” Addie knew that Sarah cared, this was all new to the brunette. Usually she never stuck around but she did with Sarah. “I promise you right now I’m fine though. Just a small little fight with the bad guy who is now behind bars.” Honestly she didn’t want to worry her. This was part of her job at times. Being a bailbonds person who sometimes helped the police. “Well you know me, I can survive a lot.” She tried to joke lightly. “How about I take it easy for the rest of the day once I’m out of here? Promise and if you want you could always take the rest of the day off with me. What do you say?”

Addison just hadn't been expecting Sarah to stay but she was glad that she had. Even if those words would never leave her lips. “Just surprised is all. Totally expected Allie or Angel to show up and give me a good scolding for doing something so reckless but hey the guy didn’t get away so that has to count for something. You aren’t upset at me are you?”

Addison froze, glancing over at her girlfriend for a moment. Trying her best to think of a good reason or well at least make up one. But right now she was coming up blank which was different for the brunette. Usually she was quick with the puns and right on top of it. Now though she couldn’t think of a damn thing. “Well I didn’t want to take the chance of your getting hurt.” She was being honest and open about this. Which was also rare for her. “I can’t lose you.” Her voice was soft and gentle.
