"You still don't trust me?" Robert questioned, looking over at him for a moment. They have been on this roller coaster for years, Robert was doing better and trying his best to stay sober. Even if it wasn't the easiest for him to do. But he did it all for the other male. "After all this time, and attending meetings with me? You still don't trust me?"

It was nice, having Daniel there, Robert was thankful for that because well fuck he needed someone right now. “Thank you.” It was tough enough going to rehab and then relapsing again and again. But this time it was different and bad at the same time. “Thank you again.” He repeated, laying his head into Daniel’s lap now. “I know you didn’t sign up for my messed up ass.”
“ hey there - you gave me quite a scare. ”
Robert glanced over at Daniel for a moment. Maybe he shouldn’t have drank that much with that many pills. That had been a play on his part, he was realizing this now. “I’m fine. I’ve had worse.” He joked around a little bit, looking over at Daniel for a moment. “You didn’t call anyone did you?” Last thing that Robert wanted to deal with any of his family right now.
“Let me take care of you.”
Robert glanced over at him when he heard those words. He had another fight with his father about the business and not just that but his partying and such. So it was unexpected. But the man liked the idea of this. "I don't want to burden you or anything." He commented, his voice was soft. But he had just been in a random bar fight. And lucky enough Daniel had been there. At this point, Robert felt very lucky and blessed to have the other man in his life. His feelings for him were certainly there.
