A Florian and Kale sketch I reworked from a couple years ago. Who is Florian and Kale? Glad you asked!

Florian (left) is a a guardian figure for Kayami who appears in every single one of his AU’s. He’s usually a mercenary, usually owes Kayami a life debt, and has an intelligence network that rivals The Five Eyes (it’s incredible the information you can get by just being nice to people). Kale ( @lycheefreeze ‘s OC) is his life and work partner. Their ship name is ‘Salad’ hehe.

In Kayami’s Naruto-verse, Florian used to go to Aitsukiyama on missions for the indigo trade. This random 2 year old (Kayami) grabbed his pant leg and declared Florian his big brother. They were inseparable up until Aitsukiyama’s massacre. But it’s okay, because Florian and Kayami meet up years later and become close again!

Florian is a down-to-earth guy with a kind heart and grey morals. He’s a pragmatic, natural born leader, and loyal to only his family of misfits. Florian loves Kayami to bits (but god knows that blonde doesn’t make it easy sometimes)
