post three books from your tbr list and pass it on!
thank you @mazeofspades @sucharide @missygoesmeow for thinking of me!
The Maltese Falcon by Dashiell Hammett
I have been meaning to read this one for a while now, I really enjoy other hardboiled detective fiction like Raymond Chandler's Philip Marlowe novels, so I'm sure I'll like this as well. Alice Cooper named his son Dashiell (Dash) after this author, and I trust his judgement on many things.
Red Rabbit by Alex Grecian
A recommendation from my husband, who usually enjoys dry stoic tomes regarding the history of banking and capitalism, so I'm rather intrigued he loved this kind of fiction so much! This one is a fantasy/horror western, and as an avid enjoyer of all these things I am excited to read about them all together. The reviews mention True Grit, and Larry McMurtry, as well as demons, ghosts, and a witch hunter, and so I am already sold.
The Forgotten Writings of Bram Stoker
I picked this one up at a book fair, because how could I not? I look forward to more dark gothic fiction... my literal life blood.
I tag anyone who is looking forward to some fresh pages, but I will specifically tag off the top of my head, without any pressure of course @ramblingoak @luciferscowgirl @xtroublebathx-blog @visiosatanae
Love how you read a book and be like "omg I hate this character so much, I could burn in my own rage" and then you read their pov in the next book and be like "nobody come near my baby, I'm gonna protect them to death" !!!
