The light has been turned on and shines more brightly than ever on Mental Health awareness andwellbeing especially in the creative industries. SAE invites three creative musicians (Shai Soul-Wright, K 15, J Felix) to discuss mental health awareness, and the challenges and barriers in creating and maintaining a space in the music industry. Our intention is to cover areas such as symptoms, triggers, responsibility, lack, isolation, mentoring, family, environment, coping mechanisms and assistance in the quest to musicallycreate. Aims The panel and Q&A session will offer an insight into mental health awareness within an industry that student and graduate musicians may navigate through. Where?
