Hey guys!

We are back. I don’t know if we will post regurlary but we want to.

We have been to a trauma clinic but they won’t take us for the second stay because of our seizures. This has been a huge setback and we don’t know what to do anymore. It just hurts too much and we are so lonely.

This blog means the world to us and we are so sorry we suddenly stopped posting. A lot has happened in our life. But we are mostly hurting beyond belief. We don’t feel understood. As I sit here typing this I‘m crying and the tears roll down my face. I just want this pain to end, I don’t know what to do anymore.

Thank you for being so supportive and sending us messages even though we haven’t posted in months. You guys mean the world to us.

We will try to post again, we love this blog and it just means so much to us.

Trauma stole more from me than „just my innocence“.

It not only stole my childhood, but my future.

It took everything away from me.

My sense of security, my health, my dreams and goals in life, my ability to have and maintain friendships, my ability to love and experience love, my ability to have healthy relationships or relationships at all, my ability to have sex, my ability to experience happiness, my ability to sleep, my ability to live an independent and fulfilled life, my ability to to do normal daily activities, my ability to eat and nourish my body properly and so much more.

Trauma can fuck you up so badly you can end up severely disabled and ill for the rest of your whole fucking life.

There is not one day where I’m at peace with my mind or body. Not one day where I’m not in unbearable pain. Everyday I struggle to survive. Everyday I cry. Everyday I spend hours wishing for the pain to go away. Wishing for a better quality of life, a quality I will never, ever get. A quality of life I never experienced. If I had one dying wish it would be for others to not go through what I go through on a daily fucking basis. Please. Cherish your health. Cherish your happy moments. Some people will never get to experience them.

Someone who drowns in 7 feet of water is just as dead as someone who drowns in 20 feet of water. Stop comparing traumas, stop belittling your or anyone else's trauma because it wasn't "as bad" as someone else's. This isn't a competition, we all deserve support and recovery.

Update!

Dear all our beautiful followers,

We are slowly coming back to posting on this tumblr after being gone for some time. The last few months have been hands down worst but we are here and still alive. We miss posting on here so much, also because sharing our story and feelings has helped us a lot. We also want to thank you all so much for the kindest, caring and heartwarming messages and asks. We do read them all and we couldn’t be more thankful for such a beautiful community on here. We do feel bad for not being able to answer all the questions we got in the past; but the promise is still here - we will answer them all when we have the energy and time to. We now plan to post on here daily again, different alters want to express themselves more and take their time to answers your questions because I (S) don’t have much energy at the moment.

We would appreciate it very much if you would send us the topics you want us to talk/post about. It would help us a lot getting back to communicating on here.

Just to make some things clear:

We‘ve been getting some asks saying our Trauma or DID is fake/not real and that we are making this up for some kind of reason. Saying such things without knowing us personally or being educated on DID/Trauma in general is disgusting and wrong.

We created this blog to share our story and experiences with child sexual abuse, trauma and mental illness. We created it to share our story and simply use it as a place to vent to, as well as to raise awarenesss about child abuse and it’s consequences.

This tumblr is not a place for hate or bullying. It’s a very personal, trauma filled diary but also a place willing to give advice and support for other survivors and people going through various mental illnesses. (as well as everyone who needs it!)

The love and support we receive is far bigger than the negative hate comments, and we can’t thank you guys enough for being so kindhearted and supportive. We all love and appreciate you very, very much and we are always here if you need anything.
