📍30th & Miami St. 🏳️🌈 It was a pleasure being able to meet and interview Charlene and Markia. Learning their stories was so valuable to me and gave me more perspective as to what life is like for other queer Black women and Black parents. It was so nice to hear their love for family and their hope for a larger and greater community of Black and brown LGBT community in #OmahaNebraska. With COVID keeping everyone apart, Black and brown communities in particular, hopefully this billboard will make us feel a little closer.
