This was my Christmas present a 20kg weight bag, now it is my next challenge. Getting new equipment means learning new moves, new techniques. Means there are new struggles. Meet my new enemy.
This is one of the hardest things that you'll ever do. Emotion rules the brain and your actions. It's all well and good to train your body to be strong, training your mind will always be harder.
However the rewards is unbelievable. If you can master your brain than there is nothing you cant do and you can tell depression and anxiety to suck it!
