The Throat Chakra = The 5th chakra is connected to the way you express your life with utmost authenticity. It is about communicating your thoughts, feelings, and intentions clearly and accurately. The throat chakra, also known as the Vishuddha, is the place where we work on expanding our voice and the power of will. It seems like to me that Some of the throat chakra & third eye chakra stones could go toward either of these chakras. While researching these it looked like it Varied depending on what country you live in, or who you ask , or whatever website you check , or whatever book that you read. But here are a few blue crystals that I decided to choose today. * Turquoise = Blue, green-blue. Used to stimulate and balance. Dispels negativity and restores confidence to speak and express one’s thoughts effectively. * Aquamarine = Light green-blue to blue. Used to cleanse and stimulate. Offers courage and promotes tolerance and compassion while dispelling fear. Aquamarine crystals provide cooling, soothing healing vibrations that are wonderful for the throat chakra. * Lapis lazuli — Blue.Used to open, stimulate, and balance. I've been seeing a lot of people open up about their #angel encounters lately (especially those from childhood). Lol! I love this! I was just practicing doing the crow pose on my playbook app featuring my favorite Own Your Glow family and end up in a child pose for 5 minutes. I am discovering so many things about my body and mind. I am so thankful for these ladies. Self love is everything. Don’t get me wrong I always make time for myself but it was never on this level.
