I was so tired and sick. I slept for 13 hours and I managed not to feel guilty about it.

I'm proud of you for putting yourself first and taking care of yourself! it's tough feeling guilty about doing those things but i'm glad you managed not to! you're right you shouldn't feel guilty for looking after yourself you deserve to care for yourself always and i hope you feel slightly better <3
