kris isn’t going to make a statement, he is represented on behalf of sm (still) and they’ll make it for him, or whomever is representing him. however, the suit listing on the district court’s website, a government source, make it certain.
i suppose i'm just waiting for a statement explaining why the suit was claimed. what sort of issues he had with sm and whatnot.
