Paul Cathro's punchy little number Throw Me Back sounds a lot like something you might hear from Ha the Unclear....at least that's what I thought until further investigation revealed that Paul Cathro is indeed Ha the Unclear's lead vocalist but also releases music under his own monniker!

my heart is elsewhere

although i miss it immensely - the people, the sounds, the sights, the collective life, i try to channel the pain from being torn from my homeland into the work

the work that will liberate our people

so that others & myself may return home one day

but getting caught in the day to day makes me remember less and less the details that i miss so much

until i sit down and flash back to it all 

looking thru pictures and videos to fill the void

bring me back to memories of what it was like to be there - but only briefly

admittedly it gets hard to care about anything else here

ive begun to have a distorted feeling of home since being back

i was born & raised here, but i hardly feel anything for this place

a place where i was forced to be raised

thousands of miles away from my family, my people, from the revolution
