Throwback from 2019 almost about a year since my weight loss surgery and had lost about 60lbs at that point and was really feeling myself 🖤🖤🖤

So I've been quiet.... again.

Because I keep getting messages asking if I'm okay... the answer is yes (...aside from the intense and gut-wrenchingly emotional stuff happening, it's all cool. 😋) My instincts always lead me to simplify my life when important things demand my time. Yet, I apologize for how unresponsive I've been. Truly, it's just emotional survival and focus. I hope everyone is well heading into the weekend. YAY for Friday! Have a throwback summer selfie, because I like summer - and this is my happy place.
