In the indie RPG "Pom Gets Wi-Fi" (released in 2013), there are several references and mentions of TWEWY!
The novel of Dream Drop Distance includes a few illustrations with the TWEWY characters made by artist Shiro Amano!
However, the novel itself is a literal novelization of the game, so there aren't any new scenes.
Solo Remix used to have the option to enable Twitter Integration. Tweets would then show up as Thought Fragments during scanning!
A New Year's postcard illustration of Neku drawn by Tetsuya Nomura was once featured in an issue of Nintendo Dream back in 2007!
Neku was once featured in some 10th anniversary art for Square Enix Members! (though long discontinued)
On the old TWEWY website (which is no longer accessible, as it now redirects to the NTWEWY site), there used to be small profiles of the characters!
(more under the cut!)
In Solo and Live Remix, Coco had her own shop by the name of "Coco's Secret Reaper Shop"! On iOS and Android it had in-app purchases with real-life currency. Though unlike other shopkeepers, she did not have a Friendship Gauge.
In Live Remix, Coco not only ran a shop, but also acted as a guide to the game!
Back in 2009, Square Enix released a short TWEWY manga illustrated by artist Shiro Amano! It was also officially translated into English.
Keep in mind that it is only 2 chapters long and is a lot more lighthearted with comic relief! With that said, you can read it here.
