These copycat cosmic brownies taste just like the ones you loved as a kid. They're rich, fudgy, and topped with colorful candies that make them out of this world!
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 2/3 cup vegetable oil. 1/4 cup water. 2 large eggs. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 cup mini rainbow-colored chocolate candies.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Mix until well combined. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the mini rainbow-colored chocolate candies over the top of the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
