#ThrowItUpThursday what up yall decided to do something different. Got the idea from @christianguzmanfitness shouts to him. Decided to hit Back and Chest together and it actually felt good to do that and I was able to go heavy with every movement. You guys should try that type of workout, out one time for your mind lol. But I started off with a 3x5 on the flat bench with 320lb which I believe I could have done a 5x5 with but maybe next time and that was my compound movement for chest. My compound movement for back was a plate loaded bent over row which I worked up to 3 plates on each side and then worked down from 3 plates and did as many reps as possible with the dropsets.
