By nightfall, the streets of Roma were generally clearing out for those who wish to slumber. This doesn’t necessarily mean that everywhere that this Florentine Assassin will go, there will be not a single soul. There will still be drunkards, rivalry thieves, etc. So one must be careful to where they end up to.
The Auditore Assassin had roamed these very streets at the outskirts of the city, just where the river lies to reach the countryside of Roma. The homes and other buildings were in poor condition, which meant that he was in one of the many poor districts. Surely, there were even individuals that can’t even afford to live in a house, so instead, they live in the streets where they fall ill.
Although, something’s changed about this perimeter. There appeared to be more men who clothed themselves in metal armor, and other red accented articles of clothing. That simply slapped The Borgia rule onto this place. They’re inhabiting it for themselves to advance even further into having Italy for themselves. Ezio, wasn’t much of a fan of this enforcement. They bring the civilians down to a worse state from where they once stood.
There seemed to be a gather up. Mass of Borgia guards were marching down the streets; he had to hide in the shadows...
Sooner or later, the captain that led this portion of men called upon them. Notifying them that they will soon push onto the countryside, and strip those who refuse to be surrender the papal rule. This was certainly not of good news. This meant that the mercenaries, and other factions were at stake.
Ezio left the district as soon as he could. He eventually had to cross the river before any of those scourges noticed him. He seeked for an ally of his, a fellow friend, Bartolomeo. And by horse, he must travel to the man’s barracks.
