Hey, just wanted to say in response to your question about the tube adverts (as I literally just returned from London) that I'm afraid these are pretty typical adverts. Filming probably just coincided with the promotions. Sorry!!

Yeah, I know they look absolutely typical, just the point is, if they were made to look like such or it was a pure chance that they filmed right there and the posters just were acidentally cought in the frame.

Considering the fact that displaying adverts in a show could be seen as a product placement I’m a bit inclined to believe they were not real but carefully chosen.

I thought I'd do a complete list of fandoms (mainly so I can keep track!) cause I know some of ya'll might like one thing I post and be unpleasantly surprised by another.

So, to the best of my memory!

Marvel in general

Specifically -

Avengers (including Iron Man, Cap America, Thor etc. the Hulk movies are terrible don't lie)

X-Men (both the original three and the newer First Class/Days of Future Past as well as the Wolverine spin-offs)

Sherlock

Doctor Who (admitting I have become disenchanted since Russell left. I can't remember the last time I watched an entire series of Moffat - no offense to him)

Classic Who (I started out when I was a kid with the original run as much that  hasn't been lost or burned anyway)

The Inheritance Cycle (the works of the marvelous Christopher Paolini)

Big Bang Theory

How to Train Your Dragon

Am possibly one of the worlds biggest fans of Cars.

And that pretty much sums it up for general fandoms, see my general movies/books/music post for more of an expanded view.

Erm, I was once a twilight fan (she says in hushed whispers) and I also dabble frequently though I am no longer so enamored with the Vampire Diaries. So you may see those two from time to time.

I think Camden market is in zone 2 and that's a great way to kill time, and Trafalgar square is and the national gallery has free entrance. Hope that helps!

I was thinking about Camden, so that'll be my first stop! I went to the National Gallery yesterday, but it's a nice place, so I might actually go again. Or see if I can find another museum, which probably won't be that hard. Thank you so much!
