Well. I don’t care what the haters say. They are just that. They didn’t spend hours and sanity drawing. It takes guts to do something you like. I love the way emotions work, they could be crushed or happy or...” His brows wiggle a little. “I have to lie all the time to most people about what I am or what I’m doing in their hot tub. You know, it’s just life.”

“That’s because you have pink hair, my dear.” She glances past her shoulder through the mirror, lips pursing as she holds up the box of hair dye in her hands so she can reread it thoroughly. “I followed all the steps, I don’t understand why it came out pink. Do you think I should have left it on longer?” Her lightened ends were supposed to be a vivid shade of red, a contrast from the dark hair that sprung from her roots. 

“Maybe I’ll just try it again. Humans have plenty of nourishing products. What could be the harm in a second go?” Cecily turns, facing Touhi with a grin. “You have red dye on your shirt, gorgeous. You could take it off, I have no promises this won’t be messy.”
