It was raining. That was the ONLY reason why the two of them were cooped up inside playing this stupid game, and why Yoko wasn’t able to go home yet. At least.. That’s what she told herself.
“Don’t you have anything better to play?--” As soon as the words left her mouth she regretted it. “Actually, scratch that.. I know you’re just gonna say something like, ‘we could undress and I could show you something fun’.” Yoko mocked the ravenette’s tone, using air quotes for emphasis.
The redhead drew a card and moved her piece on the board a few spaces. She couldn’t believe they were playing a silly board game.. Why did Dante even have stuff like this? The two of them were no longer playing by the rules, simply because they were too difficult to understand.. Much like their current friendship...
Once she moved her piece she drew another card and read what it said, “Alright it’s tellin’ me that YOU need to be sent to jail!-- Hah!” Yoko chuckled a bit, “This card definitely isn’t wrong..” She waved it around between two of her fingers, smirking at the other.
