👐Throw it away Wednesday👐 So I went searching through my old pictures today, Trying to find one to post.. I'm not gonna lie. I'm in my pj's, hair thrown up I feel like crap, & It's 9:30 am and my teeth aren't brushed! (I know it's gross, trust me I KNOW! My body just is so weak I have to get the energy to go do it! I'll get there I promise!) But what frustrates me is I searched & Searched Looking through my pictures Wondering which one I could use.. Then, I realized, This is why we are so hard on ourselves! We take freaking 10 minutes being so judgemental about every picture we have! Finding an excuse! Our belly shows, Our legs look big, I'm squinting, I look like I'm pooping.. Whatever gosh dang thought pops into our mind, That when we originally took the picture we NEVER even noticed! So I am throwing that crap away! I am human & so are you!
