Family Tree: Larkshine, Deputy of Tideclan

some fun facts -- 

I shipped Dawnclaw & Falconblaze wayyyy back when I was still playing Webstar in Untold Tales, and they were still apprentices. they autonomously became mates in Sims & I couldnt be happier

if I remember correctly Dawnclaw was originally from Shadowclan, and joined Tideclan back in the forest territories

Larkshine & Flaxkit are the only surviving daughters of Dawnclaw & Falconblaze currently, all of the other three suffered unfortunate deaths, all because of randomized rolls

Larkshine & Thrushskip were mates briefly before the death of the latter, but it wasn’t ‘officially’ mentioned

the first and only family tree to have an in-game third gen, all because Owlpaw had a mate & kits way too young

I briefly considered having Owlpaw reincarnated as one of her sons but decided against it -- AU material?

Snowstar was originally from Shadowclan and joined Tideclan back in the forest territories

Infernoclan Invasion ; the aftermath

Opalstone was moderately wounded by Flowerscar, Flowerscar was lightly wounded by Opalstone.

Dieselpaw was wounded by Barkbriar, Barkbriar was moderately wounded by Dieselpaw.

Dieselpaw was moderately wounded by Flowerscar, Flowerscar was moderately wounded by Dieselpaw.

Larkshine was lightly wounded by Larch, Thrushskip was killed by Larch, Larch was heavily wounded by Larkshine and Thrushskip.

Riverblaze was lightly wounded by Pitchpaw, Walnutpaw was moderately wounded by Pitchpaw, Pitchpaw was heavily wounded by Riverblaze and Walnutpaw.

Wrencharm was lightly wounded by Archie, Irispaw avoided injury, Archie was moderately wounded by Wrencharm and Irispaw.

Falconblaze was heavily wounded by Autumnpaw, Autumnpaw was lightly wounded by Falconblaze.

Leafrush was lightly wounded by Briar, Dawnclaw was lightly wounded by Briar, Briar was heavily wounded by Leafrush and Dawnclaw.

Topazpaw was heavily wounded by Marshpaw, Marshpaw was heavily wounded by Topazpaw.

Meadowstalker avoided injury, Brookpaw was heavily wounded by Meadowstalker.

Webstar was killed by Snowstar a total of 3 times and was heavily wounded, Snowstar was killed by Webstar.

Thrushskip & Irispaw

Snowsoul had quickly scooped the kits to his side protectively, and all at once, shoved Thrushskip out of the circle of Infernoclan cats.

Without even glancing back at the Tideclan cats, he called to his own cats, “Back to camp!” He picked up one of the small kits and Opalstone the other, and they were off.

As the rival clan departed, Webstar let down his guard, eyes flashing with anger. “Crowfood-eater ... I should have killed him.” He hissed under his breath.

“It’s done.” Flowerscar sighed, crouching as if the weight of the decision just made weighed down on her shoulders.

“We’re not going to leave them there.” Barkbriar growled. “Right?”

“With your permission, Webstar ...” Cedarpath twitched his tail. “I’d like to begin planning a rescue mission right away.”

“Of course.” Webstar agreed, turning with an agitated sweep of his tail and entering the camp once again. “They’ll hear from us yet.” He paused, glancing back. “Flowerscar? Would you take a look at Thrushskip’s wounds?”

The medicine cat nodded quickly. “Please, come to my den, dear. Barkbriar, get some herbs ready, would you?”

Barkbriar trotted off with a wave of his tail to the medicine cat’s den, and the Tideclan cats all slowly filtered back into the heart of their clan for the night, raw emotions heavy in the air.

after a couple days, Thrushskip is escorted out of the room she was captive in, as promised.

“We leave for Tideclan now.” Snowsoul announced, obviously quite happy with himself. “You’ll do the honors of keeping an eye on our guest, won’t you, Opalstone?”

Opalstone nodded silently, his face neutral.

“Sugar, Briar!” He called to the two sleeping cats, who roused and climbed out of their nests to join him. “Come along. I’ve waited long enough.”

after Thrushskip has been wounded and captured by the newly introduced “Infernoclan”, her brother comes to visit her ....

“How could I trust you? Aren’t you one of these fox-hearts?” Thrushskip scoffed, eyeing him warily.

“I’m not trying to hurt you. That ... that was never part of the plan.” The tom sighed, starting to lose his patience. As he stepped closer to his sibling, she tensed and raised her head, claws sinking into the hardwood underneath them. He glanced at her paws, then back to her face as he spoke, “All i’m asking is for you to keep quiet and cooperative. I’ll be able to sneak you some prey, and you’ll be out of here soon.”

Thrushskip narrowed her one good eye. “Fine.” She agreed, her voice taut. “But if one of those flea-pelts lay another paw on me ...” She flexed her claws, glowering.

in a flash, Thrushskip in cornered and trapped -- not only by strange cats, but by her own brother

she lashes out to defend herself, but is beaten down and forced to cooperate by a cat named Rabbit.
