Transformers Thoughts

I kind of want to see a Transformers series combine the different versions of Thrust into the Decepticon equivalent of Ciaphas Cain: a coward with a strategic mind that due to a mix of good and bad luck,  other Decepticons look up to him and see him as a role model.

Starscream , of course, would not be a coward in this scenario, but his reckless G1 self. I have wondered why people think G1 Starscream is a coward; that was more G1 cartoon Megatron’s flaw (Decepticons retreat!) . I suppose people mistook his willingness to beg for mercy as cowardice, when really its an act of sanity that is reasonable for anyone looking down the barrel of Megatron’s cannon.

Basically I could see them being interesting foils: Starscream has bravery but Thrust has dignity.
