It's incredible isn't it? The way our body speaks to us. Today I'll share my story of how my body talks to me, maybe you want to share yours? . I've always been an introspective person, and relied on my body so much, in the past years. But then the stroke happened, and what before was certain, it was no more. I began a very deep journey through myself, my pains, my aches, my dead limbs, my sensations. Eventually what was dead came back to life, but I wasn't the same anymore. In the end I actually have to listen to what my body says, because if it says that I can't do one more step, I won't do one step more, and nothing bad will happen. If I'm short breathed I'll stop! If my stomach aches, if my head is light, if my wrist hurts, you bet I won't do anything to upset my body. The one time I did more than what my body wanted, I ended up in a hospital bed, they still don't know what happened. But you can be sure, if today my body feels low and shaky, tomorrow it will allow me to make big accomplishments! We're partners! We love each other, and we talk a lot. So this is a love story, in the end. . . . . . . . . . . . .
