     “I’ve a sneakin’ suspicion there is something besides milk an’      eggs in this drink ‘ere.” He does not typically feel light-hearted      as he currently did unless he has had more than a little alcohol.

     Truthfully, he was more surprised that the Mouse even allowed      such in his entertainment building. Or could this be a plot to help      the villains have a cheery spirit too? If so, it worked in his case.
