Good news Thunder fans, Serge Ibaka who was initially thought to be out for the remainder of the season, could return for game 3 after the swelling in his calf has reduced significantly. This may just be the lift OKC needs to fight their way back into the series.
After dropping both games in San Antonio, an obviously frustrated Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook address the media. Although they find themselves in a hole, they are confident that they can dig their way out, seeing as they have been in this situation before. With game 3 now a must win situation, Durant says their plan of attack is simple, and that they need to just “come in and figure it out, and stay together.” So now we’ll have to wait till Sunday to see if they are able to bounce back before they get bounced out!
