Heliconia: Do you like when it rains?Yes! I mean I kind of dislike it because it gets in my face but I love the smell of it and hearing birds chirping when it's raining and I love everything after a rainstorm too. I don't know, I feel like grass and trees and stuff get slightly darker green and just delicious after it rains so I love that feeling.
Also when it rains in the summer at night if I'm on a tennis court I get super nostalgic and sing "Fearless" by Taylor Swift.
Azalea: What's a movie you cried while watching?I've recently only been seeing dystopian teen fiction novels turned into movies, so the one I can remember pretty clearly is probably Catching Fire.
Dandelion: Do you think you're important?Depends. Not important in the larger sense, as in important in the world. But I think I'm important to a lot of my friends.

okay so i'm a little confused by chapter 21. it was really cute and sweet, but i feel like we missed some things? like the dating talk and idk dealing with his friends' reactions, and maks's? idk it just feels really sudden that she's now his girlfriend and we didn't get any sort of discussion.
This chapter was actually a very late addition because I felt like I needed to give the two a break and Z some time on her own with new friends (and not only Val’s friends).
The next chapter gives a bit more details on their relationship, what they do, how they interact, and it makes everything more round and connected. I just had to decide where to put this new chapter (so 21) and I couldn’t really put it after 22 (you’ll see why), so eventually I thought it would work best if I had the cut after 20, give an ‘action’ filled chapter (21) and then a more thought filled chapter (22), so that this chapter (21 - oh, so many numbers) is like a short excursion from real (well, in the story real) life, just like it’s an excursion from real, with problem filled, life for Z.
I hope it will feel more right to you when you’ve read 22, sorry for the miscalculation :)

chapter 16 was EVERYTHING! you are an AMAZING WRITER! the pace, the reactions, everything was so perfect. her internal monologue and thoughts, her reaction to val, val's reaction to her. “Because… if someone’s going to kill him, it’s going to be me." YES! and then "“And, Val, I don’t need you to save me.”There was a small pause. “Understood.”" YESS! and then that paragraph after the jump at the studio, again YES! And his apology and her reaction. just ugh wow it's all so well done. BRAVO!
PART 2: BUT NOW THE MOTORCYCLE!!!!!! My heart dropped and I was like no no no no!!! Can’t wait for the next chapter. Btw, what’s your name/what do you go by? Also, please write a book and submit it for publishing. You’re on that level tbh, like this is written much better than a lot of published work i’ve seen.

Yes like the minute I heard her audition from talent show in grade 11 I fell in love with her voice. She's a cool person herself too.
