Opening squat of 545.64 pounds and my only successful squat of the meet. As you can tell this did not set a good tone for the rest of the day. I did this same weight for a triple two weeks ago in the gym. #powerlifting #ThunderThrowdown #uspapower (at Crossfit Thunder)
