Tianchen's desire to use Cheng Xiaoshi to change the past
Is it even possible? Like seriously, can Tianchen's possession actually work on CXS through a dive into the past? Tianchen's ability works through physical contact in the present, and when CXS dives, his physical body disappears. It's totally possible that diving would forcibly eject Tianchen from CXS's mind the same way CXS has been ejected by Tianchen several times.
It begs the same question if Tianchen tries to possess CXS through Xixi (which I doubt, since Tianchen and Qian Jin don't seem particularly concerned about Xixi's whereabouts in the present, only about her "betrayal"). Xixi's "shared consciousness/empathy" ability also works on a someone in the present. Again, if CXS dives and his physical body disappears, can she still continue to use her power on him, which Tianchen can by extension take advantage of? I'm honestly not sure.
Maybe that's why it's called "Link Click"—trying to find ways to for abilities-users' powers to "click" when they "link" together. LG and CXS have high "link click" compatibility. So do Tianchen and Xixi (unsurprising, since they are siblings). CXS and Xixi can work together, but it doesn't seem like their abilities "click" in any way, so maybe they're just compatible, not "link click" compatible LOL. Tianchen and CXS? Bad link click compatibility. Tianchen, CXS, and Xixi? Who knows? Tianchen, CXS, Xixi, and Lu Guang?— mindfuckasdfjl;
