I like to think that since Torbek is the big tibetan bullmastiff at the entrance of the Starlight Lounge (he is modeled after one that's why I thought of this) that means that Frost is the little tibetan spaniel remaining vigilant to tell him when to make a move

This all comes from the part in the first ep when the knock sounds at the front door and Torbek has his little check in with Frost before they go to defend the Starlight

Just the big doggie who can and will fuck shit up but gets the quick signal from the tiny dogs which were also called "little lions"
