Mrs. Ticki and The Surgeon, once again, are sisters. They're both evil geniuses who are CLONES and desperately crave individuality.

In Mrs. Ticki's case, she grew obsessed over time and clocks because the sound of one drove her insane, and she thought the insanity gave her individuality.

She doesn't want to heal, she even popped a clock in her socket so she can hear the ticking everywhere she goes.

Her title "Mrs." Is because she claims that shes the wife of time itself
