Leon I see as a very touch starved lee due to the fact that after he became champion, it was harder and harder for him to be able to go home, even if he was sending money through to his mum so Hop would have someone to look after him, so he received hugs less often. So whenever he gets tickled, he very rarely tries to move away. In fact, most times he'll just let it happen. Hop and Raihan think he's actually trained himself to not squirm.
He's also very giggly and shockingly easy to fluster - Raihan has enjoyed this on multiple occasions - so, for all his prowess on the pitch, the man could never win a tickle fight. Not unless you've given him good reason to, he definitely prefers to be on the receiving end if he can help it. You fluster him too much and he'll hide his face in his hands.
His weakest (*cough* favourite *cough*) spots are his sides and his neck (part of the reason why his hair is so long). He's so weak that if anyone moves too fast near those spots, he actually jumps. If one dares to tickle those spots, he's just a mess of giggles and a few squeals which he'll deny later.
Random goofy moment: in my headcanons, after defeating Eternatus and things died down, Zacian and Zamazenta started acting like actual dogs (huskies more specifically) so when Zacian, the more hyperactive of the two, found out, she went to town on him - licks and paws everywhere. Leon very much enjoyed it.
