week away...
Hi again,
Just spent a week with friends north of the boarder.. got through all the checkpoints, ok, and arrived in MK without Drama.
Was glad to find everyone up north was in good health, and enjoyed the break. Always great to catch up with my Friends. as well as sharing my own brand of Awesome upon them..
Not a huge deal to say, because it was a relaxing break.. and an excuse to visit an Ikea.. A lego Store, and.... Build-a-bear... allegedly there were other stored too, but I never saw them! and I missed the Stig too.. :-S
So now home again, and time for a few Big changes.. I have decided we are going to eat less, but better, and lose some weight, (will do a weight check shortly) so you can be bored reading the weekly Weigh ins and Watch our progress.. Another change is, we are going to live a much tidier life.. so Have to start getting rid of some of the junk and other things we have floating about keeping the place looking a mess.. this might not be the "fastest" clear up in history, but it will happen!
