Can I interest you in the Western Tiger Swallowtails I worked with today :D? We were doing an educational segment on butterflies and moths at the park I volunteer at, and a kid who works with us sometimes brought in some of the butterflies he helps capture/raise/release.

The one with the full wings was called Jonathan, and the one with the torn wing was Daniel (injured in a bird attack): we had a group of campers come in that voted on the names ! We released them both back into the park at the end of the day, don’t worry.

You sure can! What beautiful friends! I love both Jonathan and Daniel deeply
