This fake napping pano selfie concludes the three days of glorious long runs. The weather was beyond amazing, never felt better, and happier with my body and mind.
Unfortunately, bent my knee the wrong way on a downhill in the last few kilometres today. Full body weight, multiplied by momentum of going downhill. Nothing cracked, the joint is perfectly functional, can squat without pain. Tendons may be a bit sore, however, and I need to stop being such a dumb fuck and start being less happy with myself and run more carefully.
