Miss Tatsu if she was nerfed

The woman finally spoke in between laboured breaths, gritting her teeth. "Jacket... Don't... Don't stain the jacket." Her voice was strained, almost a whisper. Despite the fact she was clearly in pain, Saejima could feel the chill down his spine when she gave them both a look that indicated she wouldn't accept anything but a perfect execution of her request. To Saejima's surprise, Mikio gave her an understanding nod. "Help the lady out of the jacket, will you? But without too much wiggling," he said. "Can't risk losin' more blood." "What—" "Do it," Miss Tatsu growled. Honestly, in a scenario like this, Saejima wouldn’t expect the medic to worry about the patient's untimely request for neatness and aesthetics. That beautiful jacket would normally be bundled up and pressed against the wound to risk losing more blood, and it’d inevitably turn dirty red, but the woman would be safe and kicking. Nevertheless, the man obliged. He stepped closer, reaching out, but not touching Miss Tatsu until she actually started cooperating. He didn't realize how broad her shoulders were until she bared one. Those were the upper arms of someone who worked out a lot. With more and more skin exposed, Saejima could see inked sleeves - uncoloured, with just an outline of a pattern of scales and flames.

I gave 44-year-old Tatsu unfinished tattoo sleeves <3 Mostly inspired by @seaweed-s0up's art which I really liked, though I also thought maybe I'll do my own tat design for her eventually. All I know is I wanted it to be dragons.
