*Selena stirred slightly and opened her eyes, yawning.*

Selena : That was fast.

*She smiles and looks out the window seeing Proton and Caos dash by after something moving fast.*

Selena : What are they chasing?

*Her eyes immediately grew wide when she saw it had Nathan in its arms.*

Selena : Red, it has Nathan!

“Yeah, we should go on car rides more often!” Red responds as he gets out of the cab. Red noticed an odd sight, he squinted his eyes in the sunlight to try and see better. That’s when he saw what happened. “Hold on, I’ll get him!” He orders his Pikachu to watch over Selena then release his Charizard again, hoping onto his back. Charizard must have seen what had happened because he quickly takes off catching up to them. He knew that Pikachu would protect Selena, now he just had to save his son.

“Give me back my son!”

“‘Bout five in the afternoon. Have you been up all night?” Now Red was starting to worry. “C’mon, let’s get ya to bed. Your bed is a lot more comfortable than a desk.” He’s pulling on his arm trying to get him up.

Nathan : Wow, that’s cool. Can I have a ride?

*The child reaches up, begging for his grandpa to lift him.*

“Heh heh, you’re just like Red when he was a kid. Sure! Hop on Gandpa’s back.” He leans forward to help the child on. “I used to give your father piggy back rides all the time!”

*A Koiline quickly runs by Red, nearly running him over in its rush. Two men were close behind it.* One man : Don't let it get away!

Red was just walking along the road until he saw a Pokemon rush by. He knew something might have gone wrong. You don’t just see two men chasing Pokemon everyday. Red stood his ground and put his hand up to stop them.

“H-Hey! What is your problem? Can’t ya see it dosen’t wanna come with you?”

Selena : Ugg…yeah, Red, I’m right here whats-? Wait, where are you?

*She tries to move but ends up tripping, making the fusion fall to the ground.*

Selena : Ouch. This is weird. I don’t feel right.

“This...seems familar...” Red mused as he tries to get up. “Remember that time I fused with Charizard long ago when I first met you? Yeah, it feels like that, only maybe a tiny bit easier.” He manages to get up and look at a nearby mirror. “Uhm...w-who’s that?”
