okay okay i know this is like the third tilemap i have made but i think its rly cool!!! i used those diagonal pieces to make the sides way less ugly, the colours feel better, the trees are super cool!! what do y'all think? should i make a side to side vision? on how bit everything is and stuff? also tell me what you want me to add in this tilemap/level, rocks? maybe stairs or better floor decorations? anything as long as its possible, caus i sometimes forget i need to add some very simple stuff lol.

In this video we'll create a tilemap, add a collider (so we can use it as platforms or walls) and also look at creating dynamic tilemaps using Auto Tiling and Tile Rules!

By implementing tile rules, you can paint on your scene and it'll automatically place the correct sprites depending on the other sprites around it - it's really cool!

Tilemaps

I decided to go back and add a couple of assets to my tilemap:

First off you'll notice the poster, this is for the "enter button" shown in the top right which will activate the hollow blocks to temporarily change to a solid block to aid puzzles, on it is a picture of the enter button, then a diagram showing what will happen.

Secondly is a generic steel tile-block sort of thing, i'm mainly using it to border the entire scene but may have it enroach into the level in some places.
