What's your opinion regarding Tim Squirrell's position on free speech? I've been following the debate for the past few months and I'm interested to know what a cambridge student thinks (I'm an offer holder :P)
Honestly I haven’t read anything about it. I’ve seen it come up on my newsfeed once or twice, but I’ve never clicked. It’s something to do with some one who was supposed to speak at the union and then the union cancelled on him because it was potentially disturbing content or something?
I’m obviously not up on the situation enough to comment and I’ve never read anything by Tim Squirrell. Like I said, Cam students don’t often casually discuss fundamental and irreconcilable philosophical/political differences so this hasn’t come up in my life really.
