hi- you probably get messages about this all the time which I get might irritate you. sorry in advance, but I wanted to at least ask on the off chance you say yes. would you be willing to share a pdf of your sylvaina fic entanglements? I'm not exaggerating when I say that your fic helped keep me sane during my hospital shifts during the pandemic and I still re-read it every couple of months when I need a pick-me-up. I went back for a re-read yesterday and saw you deleted it due to personal attacks in your comment section. I'm sorry that happened to you and completely understand the scorched earth policy in regards to dealing with people being awful. Please don't take my request as critical of that- I just enjoyed your fic enough that it seemed at least worth it to ask you about it. I don't mind contributing to a paypal/patreon/kofi if you're keeping your deleted sylvaina fics as tiered content or even just as compensation for the inconvenience of my request. I was looking up the tools we know that hornet is going to have for silksong and I saw the sawblade and lol'd- now all I can picture is lace coming up to hornet while she's making one of her sawblade tools and going "who taught a princess like you how to make something like this?" and hornet is just like. "my father :/" while path of pain flashbacks happen in the background

okay sorry ignore this if its not your jam but it was lurking in my brain and thought you might enjoy it- I'm imagining a convo in your dads au between lilith and beatrice where lilith comes in and is like "we need to discuss custody" and beatrice is like "wait why I thought you were fine with getting libby on-" and lilith cuts her off like "no, not libby. silva." and beatrice just blinks at her. "lilith." she said slowly. "ava is a fully grown adult who can make her own decisions-" lilith hummed in disagreement. "I can't say how she is on your twee little coffee dates," oh beatrice was going to hate whatever lilith said next, she could tell. i was reading the tags on your post about beas anger and how she snaps at whoever is in front of her when things reach a boiling point and kinda goes for the throat- and you said something like 'its interesting how its a pattern for her, one she doesn't resolve' and I would posit that she does *try* to resolve it... its just that she tries to resolve it by repressing more, which only makes her outburst (when she eventually cracks) even worse

like, if she is just as put together, and calm, and resolute as humanly possible, then everything with Be Okay, even when it so obviously won't be. it also makes it so that she starts to try to put those same expectations on others (on Ava, on Camila), and is a little baffled when they push back against it immediately

(I do think it's a sign of growth that she basically tells Yasmine "you've done enough, stay here" because she sees how much Yasmine tried, how much it took out of her, and doesn't get upset that she has to go on alone)

if she wasn't able to get out some of her aggression by beating dozens of men half to death, I think she'll have a heart attack before she's 35
