Deep house with an eastern feel, extremely danceable. “Rooftop Hostel” is a fun and groovy dance track that ought to be spinning in every late night artsy over-capacity little space there is. The Mollono.Bass remix of “Rooftop Hostel” has a nice Shpongle feel to it while staying true to the basement party air of the original track, but the track takes way too long to build up to that “How The Jellyfish Jumped Up The Mountain” vibe, (in fact the build up distracts from the groove’s essence.) “Illegal Juice Bar” completes the journey that “Rooftop Hostel” began; however, unlike Rooftop Hostel there is a more dynamic quality to the original, non-remixed version of the song. “Rooftop Hostel” is a solid track but “Illegal Juice Bar” presents a wider range musical elements without having to rely on a remixed version. The “Disco Boost” version of Illegal Juice bar is an exemplary alteration displaying Timboletti’s skillful ability to cross genres.
