last night i had an online trivia match and when i was finished i went downstairs to get more water
where i found the other two members of my family making a cake
“we were bored,” they say. “do you want to help?”
“no, but i definitely want to see how this turns out.”
the cake is overbaked and has a caramelized crust. those are chunks of butter in the frosting. the cake is dense, crunchy (crust), and.. lumpy (butter). but it does at least taste all right
my husband makes one of his tomodachi life characters call everybody “timby” and the kid decided that was what the cake should say.
