DAY 908
Look, I'll freely admit when I don't know about stuff. A recent example is the "Teen Witch Rap."
I took a lot of heat for not knowing this bullshitty pop cultural reference. And that's cool. It's idiotic to make people feel stupid for not knowing about useless shit, but if that gets your rocks off, GO WITH IT!
AWWWWW! I already knew THAT.
Anyhoo, I regret that I'll take the same amount of heat for not knowing about THIS short-lived TV series.
The year was 1979. Vincent Price & Coral Brown were hosts to unsuspecting travelers (acting as a makeshift Mr. Roarke & Tattoo), while the time-traveling train they were cruising on zipped in & out of the past.
Yes. I said a MUTHERFUCKING, TIME-TRAVELING TRAIN.
From what I can tell, this series was ornate. With some of the most underrated B-list actors money could buy at the time.
And talk about a SLEW of mid-notch guest stars!
Can you imagine the budget for this thing? What with the train rental, film equipment & the Vic Tayback.
I honestly regret that this thing only lasted FOUR episodes.
And I equally regret that nobody's cribbed this idea for a reboot yet.
I'm looking at YOU, Robert Zemeckis.
