One Year Later...
Koriand’r hated Gotham City. She always had. When the Joker blew up the bridges and trapped the citizens of Gotham in their deteriorating city, Kori wasn’t sure what could even be done to help them. She felt hopeless for the first time in a long time. Slowly, her friends began to disappear and Kori couldn’t do anything to stop it. She spent most of her time doing small jobs around the city for the citizens; getting them out of rough neighbourhoods, fighting off clowns, distributing food and water, administering first aid to those who needed it. She very much took on the role of an every day hero.
After a few months of helping the citizens and spending as much time as she could with Dick and Mar’i, Koriand’r began to feel weakened. She would have dizzy spells and fatigued. There were days when she couldn’t leave the tower because she wasn’t strong enough to get out of bed. This persisted for a few weeks, and then she began to feel better, as it if were just a wave of weakness. Koriand’r managed to hide her dizzy spells pretty well, passing off her days when she couldn’t get out of bed as a depressive episode---which, to be fair, she was also battling.
The first time that Kori fainted was only a few days ago, but no one was around to witness it. She now tries to hide her moments of weakness because she doesn’t want to worry Dick or Mar’i.
