why do you think Thomas is an ass?
he’s stubborn and doesn’t listen and he never even forgave Teresa. and than he made the whole “you’re not her” speech to brenda and yet still never forgave Teresa. and he’s really annoying. i might not have used the correct term when i said asshole, he’s just annoying and i really can’t stand him, he made me angry throughout all three books and i found myself thinking “GOD DAMMIT THOMAS JUST LISTEN FOR ONCE AND STOP BEING STUBBORN” he reminds me of jack from Lost, always wanting to be the top and doing things his way.
Don’t get me wrong, he has a few good points to him, like he was a shuckface for going into the maze to save alby and minho, but if it wasn’t for him going in there, Minho and Alby would both be dead, so it was brave of him to go in there even though Newt was yelling not to, he may have done it without thinking but i think a lot of people do things without thinking so i cant really scold him for that. But if this was real life, you wouldn’t be able to trust Thomas because he changes his game plan so often.
