How’d you get into the Witcher? My sister got me into the show and thing’s spiraled. How about you?

Oh man, so - 

Me and my partner played TW3: Wild Hunt for the first time about... four years ago. I went in blind, I’d never even heard of the Witcher before, and I did zero research - I had no idea who anyone was, didn’t look up the story of the first two games, I didn’t even know it was based on a book series. (In fact, I didn’t look up what happens in the first two games till the end half of last year)

I LOVED the game. Still do. Thought it was excellent.

So during our second playthrough I discovered the books, and read the first 4-5 in like a week and then just... stopped reading them. One day I will finish them, I swear. I dunno what happened but my interest went from 100 to 0 in a day.

It was around here that they announced the show, I think? I was SO fuckin’ excited. So, then the show came out, which I binged... I replayed the game (one and a half times), and... here we are. My life is now consumed by it. Hurray!!

Mei found Junkrat to be a little gross. 

Truthfully, the gangly Aussie was more than a little...gross. He was so dirty and had a habit of not bathing and not understanding modern conveniences like soap or regular showers. He would casually eat a raw bug or two and would often find the rain frightening. 

But sometimes he would smile and it would light up his entire face, he was oddly smart about how to build things and had a keen eye for quality. Sometimes he would blush happily at praise and his light freckles would be highlighted and more obvious. 

And Mei sometimes found him too cute for words. 

Which was how they ended up here, under a blanket on the couch, Jamie’s hand cupping her cheek as he kissed her. He was awkward about it leaving Mei to try and guide him as she realized that he’d never kissed anyone before. Or if he had they’d been terrible. 

He moaned a little at every flick of the tongue, hands fluttering like nervous birds over her shoulders and arms before settling on her hips and leaning into it. Me smiled against his lips, wrapping her arms around his neck to get a better angle, humming happily and moaning a little herself when he got brave enough to nip her lower lip. 

Mei found Jamie kind of gross. 

But he was also more than adorable enough to make up for it.
