Time loss is the worst. I have a lot of rapid switching and sometimes it's like I can't even hold onto a thought without forgetting and rerembering and forgetting in a violent, unending carousel of confusion as my identity also drops in and out and my goals and motivations change.
I have longer periods of amnesia but the amnesia from rapid switching and being cocon (polyfragmented system functioning is weird) is like having holes in my life right in front of my face. I barely know what I'm doing and can be inconsistent at the drop of a hat. I have a hard time making decisions because a co present part will immediately undo a lot of them, which I may or may not notice.
Anyone else trapped on the unending carousel of confusion

With ADHD comes struggle with time. It's very easy to lose time for a numerous amount of reasons. I've also been watching Hannibal lately, where a plot point for Will is that he is losing time. So, for some fun reason everytime I realise a large passage of time has passed I hear fucking Mads Mikkelsen going "Losing time again, Will?" and I've had enough dgkjshg
